About Y-Times

Istvan "RTML 101" Siposs, president of Y-Times Publications, LLC. is a professional Yahoo! Store consultant and developer and a Yahoo! Small Business Partner. Since 1999, he has built, upgraded, or otherwise improved literally hundreds of Yahoo! Stores (at last count over 2,500), and he is the author of most Yahoo! Store-related books, including the only complete RTML reference, Yahoo! Store's proprietary template language.

Istvan has been involved in beta-testing all major upgrades of the Yahoo! Store platform and has one of the highest customer satisfaction ratings among all the other Yahoo! Small Business Partners, year after year.

Istvan has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley.

Zoltan "Zoli" Varga has been an RTML programmer with Y-Times for over a decade. He's had his hands on virtually all of the Yahoo! Stores we've built or worked on. Zoli has a bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Miskolc, Hungary and resides in Phoenix, AZ.

Julia Fowler is the Chief Creative Officer at Y-Times and a multi-disciplines UX/UI graphic design professional with over 20+ years experience in digital marketing. The past decade Julia has prodigiously applied her vast skill-sets to create user-centrentic site designs for Aabaco/Yahoo Merchants. Questioning, iterating and improving is a welcome and usual practice for her, even if it means sleepless nights. Julia holds a BA from Olivet Nazarene University and resides in the great state of Minnesota; don't 'ya know!

Drea Solan is the Director of Business Development & Client Services at Y-Times. Formerly Drea was the VP, E-Commerce Site Operations/User Experience at Artbeads.com, an Internet Retailer Top 500 company. Drea has a BA from Claremont McKenna College and hails from Seattle, WA.

All products (except downloadable ones) are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Shipping & Handling charges are $4.90 per shipment plus $1.09 per item. Foreign orders are $5.95 per shipment plus $6.00 per item.

Downloadable products (ebooks) can be downloaded immediately after placing the order from the order confirmation page.
